Board and Tale Games Inc. is a board game and technology startup based in Southern Ontario – Hamilton, Guelph, and the GTA. We are looking for someone to diligently grow our social media presence in a sustainable manner where performance justifies turning this into a paid position – the sooner, the better.
If you are an outgoing, action-oriented team player with a real passion for exciting board games, you will become part of a close-knit team looking to build a thriving community around our flagship game.

We'll measure your results by:
- Daily growth in likes, shares, etc. by platform.
- Steady growth in ratio of output and response per hour worked.
- Key connections formed and relationships fostered.
- Overall growth in Google Analytics website metrics for social media referrals.
- Produce a regular content schedule to engage and build our audience.
- Run and grow a collection of tools to grow our product and brand awareness.
- Effectively maintain a positive brand image through thoughtful, friendly responses and reachouts to likely allies – as well as coordinating internally as appropriate for authentic engagement.
- Build and foster relationships with bloggers locally and beyond, earning articles with links back to our site, and supporting external writers by supplying appropriate media kit(s).
- You are extremely social and are already familiar with best practices on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Google+, and Pintereset.
- You're a reliable and persistent self-starter driven by results, and your existing social media presence proves you are an effective communicator who enjoys entertaining others.
- You are an eager learning willing to grow and learn what it takes to turn this role into a paid position within 3 months.
